CODMAN


     ROBERT CODMAN,  b. ______ England, d. bef 1676 prob. Martha's Vineyard; his wife's name has never been mentioned in any of the sources I've consulted.

Robert Codman was in Salem, Mass. 1637with his mother.[2] Had land granted in Salisbury, Mass. in 1639. Also Hartford & Saybrook, Ct. Settled Martha's Vineyard where he d. He was a ship's Captain.[1][3][4]


     ABIGAIL CODMAN, b. abt 1654 in Possibly Saybrook, Ct.; d. in Falmouth, Mass.; m. 22 Jan 1678/79 on Marthas Vineyard, Duke Co., Ma. to THOMAS HATCH SR..[1][5]
